WinCustomizer allows you to manipulate an enormous amount of windows settings.
These settings are normally not available to the user except through the registry, which requires registry knowledge.
However, with WinCustomizer, you can edit all of the these settings easily, without knowing anything about them or the registry

Base features:
- Easy Editing. You can
easily edit a lot of settings hidden
deep in the registry, without knowing any details about them.
- User-Based Editing.
Unlike most software, You can edit
the settings for other users found on this Windows installation.
- Multi-User
Editing. You can edit the settings for multiple users at the same
time, as easy as editing a single user.
- Saving and
Loading support. You can customize windows to your needs, and then
save these settings to a file that can be used later to restore your
favorite settings with a single click.
The previous features are WinCustomizer's Base features, this means
that they are available in all WinCustomizer's
Editions.

related subset of settings.
