"I wish to say a few words in appreciation of the excellent service I received recently from Thunderbird Software (http://www.thunderbird-software.com) On 9th June 2009 I purchased a copy of Windows XP Professional SP2 OEM with COA, full Version but when I installed it on my newly formatted hard drive and tried to validate it, I received the message “This copy of Windows did not pass genuine validation”. Understandably I was pretty disappointed at this result, since it had been advertised as being “guaranteed as 100% genuine” so I immediately emailed John Vanca at Thunderbird-Software, attaching a screen dump of the message and asked if there was anything I could do to overcome the problem. John emailed me back within hours, saying that he had never encountered this situation before and offered to send me a new copy by express post the next day, asking for the return of the original. Well, the new copy arrived as promised but there was still a hitch. After some investigation, it turned out that the problem was not with the software, but with my system where the registration key was attaching itself only to Internet Explorer and not to Windows. I found a fix & the new copy activated without any trouble. After this experience, I would recommend Thunderbird Software to anyone looking for genuine software at very reasonable prices.
